At this stage our in-house team of creative Architectural Technicians get to work designing your dream home. Once the design is complete, we send you the house plans UK to look over.

It’s quite common at this point for customers to want to make small amendments here and there once you can see where the cooker might be or how the light will travel around a room during the day for example. No problem, our team of planning consultants will alter and amend where needed and send you back the amended plans as many times as you want until we have created your perfect home.

Once your project has reached this stage, our in-house planning/submission department takes over. From this point onwards, they deal with the entire planning process on your behalf, submitting all of the required documentation, chasing projects and liaising with local planning officers to get your project approved.
