Dan - Chief of Ideas at happinest
Dan is our head of business management and marketing. With 20 plus years in this role. Overseeing the general running of day-to-day business. Dan spends his spare time watching or playing sports and watch collecting.
Adam is in charge of our busy team of Architectural Technicians, 3d Renders, Planning Consultants and Structural Engineers. Adam enjoys fishing and art in his spare time.
Teresa - Chief Organsier at happinest
Teresa has a 20 plus year background as a senior customer service manager and heads up our busy team of office workers and planners. Teresa loves spending time with her family and a glass of wine in her free time.
Dom heads up our creative 3D Visuals team bringing to life the beautiful extensions we design. Dom has recently become a dad and loving being a parent although not the sleepless nights!. When Dom does have spare time he loves days out with his friends and family, bike riding.

Max heads up our busy Planning team. When Max is not submitting, managing & chasing Planning approvals he can be found at a music studio or motorsport event. 

Adam has been in construction his whole professional career, producing drawings all around the world while in the army. He spends his spare time with family & friends. Adam also enjoys playing and watching football.
Jules is in charge of our thriving Wales & The West Country branch, overseeing the general running of the day-to-day business. Jules spends his spare time hiking locally with his Wife & children and is learning to paramotor!
Chris has 5+ years experience as a construction professional. He enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, playing and watching football and has recently become a qualified drone operator.

Kate has worked in the construction industry for her entire career assisting architectural practices and interior designers with bespoke furniture design specifications. When not with our London clients developing their design aspirations you can find her at any number of the city’s amazing art, dance or theatrical venues!

Justine is a passionate reader who loves hanging out in book shops and trying out new cafes. Her hobby is designing funny t-shirts – one day she’ll have the courage to actually wear one of them!
Karla looks heads up our busy Northamptonshire Practice. When not assisting clients with their design ideas , she loves to bake delicious cakes and then burn them off at the gym.
Steve was born and bred in Yorkshire. I believe that I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in property having worked in this industry for the last 22 years. I enjoy travel, socialising and playing golf. I love spending time with my family.
Paul lives in Poole, he has been actively involved in Property Development for over 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, watching sport and messing about with Cryptocurrency.
